As a new Partner, Emmanuelle Hervé joins DGA Group, bringing a wealth of expertise in crisis management and communication. As the founder and CEO of EH&A, a consultancy renowned for its crisis management and communication services, she led the firm until its acquisition by DGA Group in late 2024. With over 20 years of experience, Emmanuelle is celebrated for her ability to provide critical support to organizations and their leaders during complex, high-stakes situations.
Trained as an engineer, Emmanuelle’s career began with a series of international postings, working extensively across India, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Africa, the UAE, Iran, and the U.S.
After returning to France in 2006, Emmanuelle transitioned to crisis management with MGVM, launching her career in crisis management. Since then, she has helped numerous companies strengthen their crisis preparedness and long-term resilience strategies. In 2015, she founded EH&A, where she served as CEO until its acquisition. Her deep understanding of geopolitical challenges and her experience and know-how in managing crises have positioned her as a leading figure in the field.
In addition to her professional work, Emmanuelle holds prominent roles in several organizations and has served as a reserve officer in the French Navy.
