Risk and Compliance Management – People, Processes, Systems
Risk, compliance, and the human factor.
The focus lies on integrating risk- and compliance-related information into strategic, planning, and decision-making processes. In addition, the “human factor” — including integrity and behavior in decision-making — is a central concern.
Alongside practice-oriented research and consulting projects, continuing education is an important component of the Risk and Compliance Management area at the Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
The part-time CAS Compliance in the Financial Industry program provides you with the necessary conceptual and regulatory foundations as well as the practical personal competencies required in the field.
It qualifies you to serve as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, or team member responsible for compliance tasks within financial services organizations. Today, compliance is of paramount importance, particularly in the Swiss financial market.
