Group Head of Business Continuity / Chairperson of the Retail Business Continuity Association (RBCA) / Associate of the Emergency Planning College (EPC) | Marks & Spencer

John Frost MBCI is responsible for Marks and Spencer Global Business Continuity Programme which is inclusive of 85,000 colleagues, 46 operational countries, 7000+ business trips per annum and a supply chain of over 15,000+ suppliers.
He also Chair’s the RBCA (Retail Business Continuity Association), an industry best practise group that regularly hosts industry exercises alongside Government Agencies whilst also promoting best practise and thought leadership.
As part of his ongoing strategic relationship with the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) he led the development of the ACT Counter Terrorism Online Learning which has noand was commended at New Scotland Yard in November 2018 for his services recently lead the development of the ACT CT E-Learning tool launched by NaCTSO in April which has already being adopted by over 3000 organisations.
John is always keen to support his peer group and is passionate about giving something back to the industry.
