In his current role as Senior Risk Partner Civil Aerospace & Rolls-Royce Deutschland he is looking after Risk Management in Germany, all Civil Aerospace as well as ERM. He is promoting a simplification and integration of Risk Management principles into the organisation and significantly influenced and changed the methods and the way Rolls-Royce considers risk as part of its daily business."
