Roberto is the Business Resilience & Exercise Manager for FS-ISAC in Switzerland, bringing over 15 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.

He holds an impressive array of certifications, including ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22316 Lead Manager, ISO 22361 Lead Manager, and ISO 37301 Lead Implementer. Additionally, he is a member of the FBCI and an approved PECB instructor in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

Roberto’s leadership experience extends beyond his current role; he led the BCI Forum in the French-speaking region of Switzerland from 2013 to 2015 and served as chair of the BCI Swiss Chapter from March 2015 to November 2018. He was also a member of the BCI Board of Directors, where he contributed as Membership Director.

With a strong commercial background, Roberto holds an Executive MBA and an Associate in Risk Management (A.R.M.) certification, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

As a new Partner, Emmanuelle Hervé joins DGA Group, bringing a wealth of expertise in crisis management and communication. As the founder and CEO of EH&A, a consultancy renowned for its crisis management and communication services, she led the firm until its acquisition by DGA Group in late 2024. With over 20 years of experience, Emmanuelle is celebrated for her ability to provide critical support to organizations and their leaders during complex, high-stakes situations.

Trained as an engineer, Emmanuelle’s career began with a series of international postings, working extensively across India, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Africa, the UAE, Iran, and the U.S.

After returning to France in 2006, Emmanuelle transitioned to crisis management with MGVM, launching her career in crisis management. Since then, she has helped numerous companies strengthen their crisis preparedness and long-term resilience strategies. In 2015, she founded EH&A, where she served as CEO until its acquisition. Her deep understanding of geopolitical challenges and her experience and know-how in managing crises have positioned her as a leading figure in the field.

In addition to her professional work, Emmanuelle holds prominent roles in several organizations and has served as a reserve officer in the French Navy. 

As Partner at DGA Group, Emmanuelle will continue to offer strategic guidance, leveraging her extensive experience to help clients navigate complex global challenges. Her appointment underscores DGA Group’s commitment to providing expert, multidisciplinary solutions in an increasingly interconnected world.

Stéphane is a Risk Management professional with more than 20 years of experience in international companies, such as Arcelor Mittal, Syngenta, heading various risk management departments and with clients such as: Roche, Novartis, Clariant, Takeda, Ferring, DSM, Ascensia Diabetes Care, Implenia, Swiss Steel, Luxair, Merck.... 

With a Belgian-Swiss nationality, Alexia Michiels is Partner at Resilience Institute, a global consultancy firm.  After working 10 years in large corporations (Procter & Gamble, RTL Bertelsmann, World Federation of Advertisers), Alexia lives 5 years in China where she joins Resilience Institute.  Convinced by a research-based and data-driven approach, Alexia now accompanies leaders and teams that want to build resilience to achieve performance with care – care for self, for others and for the planet.  Alexia is the author of the books « The Resilience Drive » (FAVRE, 2017) and “Resilience Quotient – Leadership with heart and purpose” (FAVRE, 2021).

As Risk Management Director, Petko ensures that operational, strategic, and emerging risks are properly addressed within business processes and decision making. He leads a network of 60+ risk officers and provides regular reporting to the Risk Committee and the Group Board. Petko has extensive experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, and sustainability. He has a legal background, complemented by finance degrees, an MBA diploma and an A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) certification. Petko is also member of the Conference Board.

Didier is responsible for the Enterprise risk management process within BD Supply chain, including covering both operational and strategic risks. He is also a member of the BD corporate crisis management team.

Before BD where he started in 2022, Didier has led Tetra Pak’s Enterprise Risk Management Process between 2008 and 2022 as Director Corporate Risk Management. In addition, he was also leading the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process, covering Risk Management, Internal control and compliance activities.

Didier is a Mechanical engineer with an extensive career in engineering, e.g. leading Global Services Engineering department for FM (formerly known as FM Global). In 2005, Didier graduated as A.R.M (Associate in Risk Management) and joined the Tetra Laval Group’s Risk Management department.

Tanja Wranik is a seasoned global consultant with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, including finance, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Specializing in organizational development and risk management, she has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

With a deep understanding of both strategic and operational aspects, Tanja excels in designing and implementing robust risk management frameworks that enhance resilience and drive performance. Her expertise in organizational development ensures that companies not only adapt to change but thrive in dynamic environments.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading multinational corporations, including Accor, Roche, Merck, Baxter, Liebherr, SGS, UBS to optimize processes, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams. Her holistic approach combines data-driven insights with a keen awareness of industry-specific nuances, making her a trusted advisor in the global consulting landscape. Antoine holds a doctorate in pharmacy and an MBA. He brings with him years of international experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi, AstraZeneca and Roche in Latin-America, France, England and Switzerland. Antoine held various marketing and management roles of increasing responsibility over 15 years in local, regional and global settings. His ambition, through Risk-In, is to break silos between all professionals managing risk to improve overall risk management. Antoine is based in Switzerland.

More recently she has managed a different kind of risk linked to the horse racing industry.
