Roberto is the Business Resilience & Exercise Manager for FS-ISAC in Switzerland, bringing over 15 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.
He holds an impressive array of certifications, including ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22316 Lead Manager, ISO 22361 Lead Manager, and ISO 37301 Lead Implementer. Additionally, he is a member of the FBCI and an approved PECB instructor in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
Roberto’s leadership experience extends beyond his current role; he led the BCI Forum in the French-speaking region of Switzerland from 2013 to 2015 and served as chair of the BCI Swiss Chapter from March 2015 to November 2018. He was also a member of the BCI Board of Directors, where he contributed as Membership Director.

Since then, she has helped numerous companies strengthen their crisis preparedness and long-term resilience strategies. In 2015, she founded EH&A, where she served as CEO until its acquisition. Her deep understanding of geopolitical challenges and her experience and know-how in managing crises have positioned her as a leading figure in the field.
In addition to her professional work, Emmanuelle holds prominent roles in several organizations and has served as a reserve officer in the French Navy.

With a Belgian-Swiss nationality, Alexia Michiels is Partner at Resilience Institute, a global consultancy firm. After working 10 years in large corporations (Procter & Gamble, RTL Bertelsmann, World Federation of Advertisers), Alexia lives 5 years in China where she joins Resilience Institute. Convinced by a research-based and data-driven approach, Alexia now accompanies leaders and teams that want to build resilience to achieve performance with care – care for self, for others and for the planet. As Risk Management Director, Petko ensures that operational, strategic, and emerging risks are properly addressed within business processes and decision making. He leads a network of 60+ risk officers and provides regular reporting to the Risk Committee and the Group Board. Petko has extensive experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, and sustainability. He has a legal background, complemented by finance degrees, an MBA diploma and an A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) certification. Petko is also member of the Conference Board.
Didier is responsible for the Enterprise risk management process within BD Supply chain, including covering both operational and strategic risks. He is also a member of the BD corporate crisis management team.
Before BD where he started in 2022, Didier has led Tetra Pak’s Enterprise Risk Management Process between 2008 and 2022 as Director Corporate Risk Management. In addition, he was also leading the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process, covering Risk Management, Internal control and compliance activities.
Didier is a Mechanical engineer with an extensive career in engineering, e.g. leading Global Services Engineering department for FM (formerly known as FM Global). In 2005, Didier graduated as A.R.M (Associate in Risk Management) and joined the Tetra Laval Group’s Risk Management department.
