As Managing Director of the Insurance Institute of Switzerland (IIS), Ursula is engaged in the complete organisation. In this engagement, she leads the approximately 30 IIS coaches and oversees all Enterprise Risk Management engagements. In these activities, Ursula strives to develop not only professional Risk Management training, but creates a community of shared Risk Management experience.
Ursula has an impressive academic and professional background in Risk Management, Insurance and Educational Management. Prior to her role as Managing Director Insurance Institute of Switzerland, she worked as Training Coordinator and temporarily single point of contact for all topics, including training of the trainer, and new program development within the IIS.

Head of Corporate Security Syngenta, Chairman EICSM

As Head of Corporate Security at Syngenta, Laurent is strategically responsible for people and assets protection as well as product and information security in key and high-risk countries. Parallel to his role, Laurent leads change management and transformation in the Legal and Taxes division.
Prior to joining Syngenta, Laurent was the Head of Corporate Security at Merck KGaA Group. Laurent has over 20 years of experience in security, including a Master of Science in Security Management from Loughborough University in the UK.
In addition, Laurent is a member of European Institute of Corporate Security Managers (EICSM).

Senior Risk & Insurance Manager Nestlé Group, BCI Swiss Director, BCI Board member

In 2009, Roberto took charge of the Business Continuity Management at Nestlé. In 2014, Nestlé’s confidence in Roberto enabled him to extend this responsibility to also include the Global Property Loss Prevention programme and most recently Risk Management of the Nestlé owned re-insurance captive
Intercona Re.
Roberto has worked in the Nestlé group since 2000. Starting as Manager of the Swiss Nespresso Club and later as head of Nespresso Club worldwide, as which Roberto first came into contact with Business Continuity Management.
In addition, Roberto is Director of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Swiss Chapter and since January 2017 board member of BCI as Membership Director.

Didier Odorico

As Director Corporate Risk Management, Didier has led Tetra Pak’s Enterprise Risk Management Process since 2008. In addition, he is now leading the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process, covering Risk Management, Internal control and compliance activities.
Didier is a Mechanical engineer with an extensive career in engineering, e.g. leading Global Services Engineering department for FMGlobal. In 2005, Didier graduated as A.R.M (Associate in Risk Management) and joined the Tetra Laval Group’s Risk Management department.
Didier is also a member of the Conference Board.

Since 2015, Markus owns and operate The Consulting Group AG, which provide services on holistic Risk Management for large and medium-sized international companies.
Markus has almost 20 years experience as a Risk Management professional, starting as a Senior Risk Engineer at Zurich Risk Engineering in 1998. Between 2001 and 2015 Markus was Head of Group Risk Management at Nestlé, where he built-up the Risk Management Framework.

Since 2015, Stéphane is CEO of Smart Risk Consulting. His area of expertise includes Governance design, development and implementation of risk methodologies and tools, Workshop facilitation, Risk Strategy, and Risk Process. Stéphane is a certified trainer for ISO 31000 by G31000 and PECB, as well as a Risk Management trainer at INSEAD and speaker for international conferences.
Stéphane is a Risk Management professional with more than 14 years of experience in international companies, such as Arcelor Mittal and Syngenta. Between 2009 and 2015 Stéphane was Head of P&S Risk Management at Syngenta.
Stéphane is also the founder of Swiss Risk Management Forum – SRMF
