Roberto has worked in the Nestlé group since 2000. Starting as Manager of the Swiss Nespresso Club and later as head of Nespresso Club worldwide, as which Roberto first came into contact with Business Continuity Management.

As Risk Management Director, Petko ensures that operational, strategic, and emerging risks are properly addressed within business processes and decision making. He leads a network of 60+ risk officers and provides regular reporting to the Risk Committee and the Group Board. Petko has extensive experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, and sustainability. He has a legal background, complemented by finance degrees, an MBA diploma and an A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) certification. Petko is also member of the Conference Board.
Before BD where he started in 2022, Didier has led Tetra Pak’s Enterprise Risk Management Process between 2008 and 2022 as Director Corporate Risk Management. In addition, he is now leading the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process, covering Risk Management, Internal control and compliance activities.
Didier is a Mechanical engineer with an extensive career in engineering, e.g. leading Global Services Engineering department for FMGlobal. In 2005, Didier graduated as A.R.M (Associate in Risk Management) and joined the Tetra Laval Group’s Risk Management department.
Didier is also a member of the Conference Board.
Since 2015, Markus owns and operate The Consulting Group AG, which provide services on holistic Risk Management for large and medium-sized international companies.
Markus has almost 20 years experience as a Risk Management professional, starting as a Senior Risk Engineer at Zurich Risk Engineering in 1998. Between 2001 and 2015 Markus was Head of Group Risk Management at Nestlé, where he built-up the Risk Management Framework.

Antoine holds a doctorate in pharmacy and an MBA. He brings with him years of international experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi, AstraZeneca and Roche in Latin-America, France, England and Switzerland. Antoine held various marketing and management roles of increasing responsibility over 15 years in local, regional and global settings. His ambition, through Risk-In, is to break silos between all professionals managing risk to improve overall risk management. Antoine is based in Switzerland.
