Enabling change: Leading Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) into the new world of work

The world of OHS is being disrupted, with change influencing everything that we do. We look at how the Megatrends in society are reshaping and challenging OHS and how leading businesses can address these to bring competitive advantage. This presentation highlights issues such as: new theories, demographic change, data and digital technology, fitness and chronic ill health. It is a prompt for us to reflect on the possible, revisit our assumptions, and ask the ‘so what?’ question.
